The purpose of the Lifestyle Co-ordination team is to promote the quality of life for the residents of Lewington House at Omeo District Health. The size of our facility offers a unique environment for our residents, providing opportunities that tailor for individual needs as well as group sessions. Our Lifestyle program offers a range of activities and experiences which include mental and sensory stimulation, physical activity, arts and crafts, as well as activities that promote social interaction among residents, family, friends and community members.
