ODH – Youth Services aims to provide accessible services to young people aged between 12-25, within the Omeo/Swifts Creek Region.

Our youth worker supports the healthy physical, social and emotional development of young local people. Using a mentoring approach the service addresses such needs as work readiness, increasing opportunities for social activities, transport issues, making healthy choices and building resilience. The service works closely with the local Swifts Creek P12 School.
